HOMOGENEITY OF ARGUMENTATION COMPONENTS

Abstract. The author considers the influence aspect of semantic, lexical, pragmatic content of argumentative components on the identification of the homogeneity or heterogeneity of these components, shows that on this evidence the notion of homogeneity acquires a new view at the level of textual space, in this context reveals the homogeneous components by means of appealing to the theory of argumentation, and conducts the research by the material of court decisions in civil cases.
