Abstract.
The author considers the process of language system optimization. The study shows that language internal optimization is implemented at the expense of the mechanism of language system self-organization and the external one – through the mechanism of language space organization by people who share it. Language optimization makes it a universal, but mobile system that meets the needs of both socium and the individual. Optimization as the interaction of subjective and objective language systems activates the mechanisms of their development.
