Abstract.
The article considers the features of organizing argumentative dialogue in the texts of court decisions. The research on the functional-semantic characteristics of argumentation nominative components in the texts of court decisions with regard to their frequency in the implementation at the stages of argumentative development is suggested. Argumentative analysis of court decisions allows presenting the genre specificity of these texts in a new perspective.
