PROPER NOUN IN CONTEXT OF IDENTIFICATION (BY THE MATERIAL OF FRENCH LANGUAGE)

Abstract.
The article considers nominative capacity of proper nouns in the French language as figurative nominators used in French identifying substantive clauses Il est le vrai Mozart de nos jours / He is true Mozart of our days . The author describes the productive characteristics of such syntactic model used for identifying one object through another. The article focuses on specifics of the nomination process in its dynamic development. The criteria for choosing a particular figurative nomination are studied. Due to the highest informative capacity of figurative proper nouns among other means of figurative nomination, the work also points out the importance of studying this phenomenon for further identifying the different cognitive models of analysis of the reality and national picture of the world.
