Abstract. The expression ways of fantastic reality perception and their realization means are revealed and analyzed in the article. The man and reality interaction problem, which is reflected in the language, remains topical, especially if it concerns some unusual reality. The author mainly considers lexical means (epithets, similes, synonyms) that make the man’s perception of those fantastic conditions, under which he (she) appeared, explicit.
