Abstract.
The article considers the features of certain types of biblical expressions functioning in a modern poetic text by the example of S. Kekova and M. Bortsova. The examples of implementations of nominative, characterological, ironic and aesthetic functions of biblical expressions are analyzed in conditions of individual perception of the world, representing the verge of the Russian language picture of the world. The influence of religious texts on the idiostyle of these poets is shown.
