Abstract.
The article studies the family of words with the peak oҕus , polysemantic non-derivative verb of the Yakut language, in a derivative-semantic aspect. The word-formative paradigms and chains inside the family of words, basic core meanings that are the starting point for the formation of many meanings of derivatives are revealed, and the cases of the origin of derivatives new meanings are described.
