Abstract.
In the article the results of the structural-semantic analysis of the denominative converted verbs of the modern German colloquial vocabulary are presented, which purposes were the revelation of productive word-formative models within the limits of this word formation way and the description of the word-formative meaning of the revealed colloquial verbs. Besides the issue of conversion derivativeness direction determination is touched upon.
