Abstract.
The article investigates the specifics of journalistic works of the educator, founder of Ossetian fiction, literary language and Ossetian professional visual art K. L. Khetagurov. Kosta extended considerably the boundaries of ethic-esthetical adoption of the national reality. It manifested itself in many ways in the sphere of his journalism. In particular, in his tendency to transform the documentary reflection into a figurative one, to attach to a fact, information an artistic value, to achieve the beautiful presentation.
