THE COORDINATION OF COMMUNICATION ACTIVITY

Abstract. The article considers the process and meaning of the coordination of communication activity of communicators (speaker and recipient), which includes all the interrelated elements of the communicative act: primary communication activity, text and secondary communication activity. The contents of the article makes the case for understanding of the fact that coordination is a process related to all basic factors of communication activity. The author pays special attention to the point that mutual coordination of the communicators’ activities should be looked upon as a law for organizing the communicative act, as a general law of oral communication and its essence.
