SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE OF MASTERS OF TECHNICAL SCIENCES: COMPETENCE APPROACH

Abstract. Formation of a general cultural competence presupposing the integrity of individual qualities of the masters (axiological orientations, knowledge, skills and abilities) conditions an ability to solve autonomously the problems raising in the process of professional, educational socio-cultural and scientific communication in a foreign language and promotes the development of a competent scientific communication.
