Abstract.
The article examines two interrelated problems of creative manner and national specifics by the material of the lyric poetry of the famous Kabardinian poet Alim Keshokov in the context of North Caucasian literary process. The author makes references to the papers of Soviet and Russian theoreticians and historians of literature dealing with the problems under discussion.
