TEENAGER-LEADER IN THE AMBILOGY BY A. P. GAIDAR ABOUT TIMUR

Abstract.
The article touches on the typology of characters of a teenager-leader in the ambilogy by A. P. Gaidar about Timur. First of all, it’s a leader-commander (Timur, Kvakin) who creates a team, disciplines it, provides guidance and bears responsibility for the team members. The author distinguishes a type of executive leader whose activity is based both on business leadership (Simakov, Geika) and on emotional leadership (Zhenya Aleksandrova) and also a type of “one aloner” leader (Figura). These types do not cover all the characterology of A. P. Gaidar’s personages but turn out to be prevailing in the ambilogy about Timur.
