METAPHORICAL INTERPRETATION AS A MEANS OF THE AUTHOR'S INTENTION REALIZATION IN D. RUBINA'S TRILOGY "PEOPLE OF THE AIR"

Abstract.
In the article the author makes an attempt to analyze the metaphorical models functioning in D. Rubina's trilogy "People of the Air" from the perspective of their connection with figurative and conceptual structures of the literary text. It is proved that the key issues of the novel cycle have been resolved by D. Rubina basing upon the potential of the prevailing (functioning in several parts of the novel cycle) key textual metaphorical models. Their functional classification into the prevailing nuclear and the background key textual metaphorical models is grounded.
