Abstract.
The article considers the poetry of the Austrian author Ingeborg Bachmann. The texts of all creative periods are analyzed: youth works, poems included in two published collections, as well as recent lyrical works that became available to readers only after the author’s death. The research object is the rhyme characteristics of lyrical texts. Rhyme is not only a marker of the author’s inner attitude to actuality and reality, but also a way to create the unique sound appearance of poems.
