CERTAIN PECULIARITIES OF A FEEDBACK IN THE PROCESS OF COMMUNICATION OF A DOCTOR AND A PATIENT

Abstract. The article examines certain peculiarities of a nature of feedback in the process of communication in the system “doctor - patient” as a particular case of professional communication. The author provides examples of verbal and non-verbal, evaluative, emotionally coloured forms of a feedback from the experience of practitioners. In relation to the mentioned problems the paper discusses a conception of “mental space”. The author argues for the urgency of interdisciplinary approach to investigating issues of professional communication.
