Abstract.
A complex of actions carried out by the Canadian society and the government, aimed at linguistic and ethnic harmony, is a promising resource for the rational use of international experience. The actions implemented by Canada represent the material for the scientific analysis within the framework of optimization of the Russian Federation language policy and its national regions.
