Abstract.
The author of the article presents the basic principles of functional linguo-synergetics, substantiates their application to the study of possessiveness, and describes the main characteristics of the discourse. In addition, the author considers the features of the formation of pragma-semantic possessive meaning depending on the particular discursive space by the example of the English discourse. The author stresses the conditionality of the choice of means expressing possessiveness by one or another discourse.
