Abstract.
The article examines figurative constants door and window in the poetry by V. Shibanov - representative of the Udmurt ethno- futurism. The author reveals the basic artistic and semantic functions of the two images, identifies their associativity with the Udmurt traditional culture, mythological conceptions. Door and window in the poetical perception of V. Shibanov are multidimensional existential symbols characterizing the existence of a lyrical subject, his internal feelings, individual perception of time, space.
