Abstract.
The article is devoted to the study of one of the fragments of A. P. Chekhov’s language picture of the world and landscape using the modeling method. The main components of the model are the spatial-temporal characteristics of the description of nature, stable images and motifs, repetitions, parallelism of words, grammatical forms, syntax constructions, and special language units specific to the writer’s style. The author of the article makes the conclusions about the specificity of the perception of the natural world by A. P. Chekhov according to the compiled invariant of writer’s landscape.
