ANALYSIS OF TEXT THEORIES USING MODEL CONSTRUCTION

Abstract.
The article describes the consistent application of the analysis scheme of the theory of a text taken out from a consideration of the notion “model”. The need for a critical analysis arises from the accumulated entropy in the sphere of text linguistics, which requires systematization and ordering. The topicality of the work is determined by the absence of a currently consistent approach to the analysis of studies of the text, as well as by the novelty of the approach. The author not only describes in detail the characteristics of the model of the text theory, but also highlights the general and particular ones among them. This makes possible to use variant parameters for the description of the specific theories, which leads to their systematic review, and also allows determining the place of each theory in text linguistics as a whole.
