TYPES OF LEXICAL CLUSTERS IN THE SEMANTIC FIELD OF THE VERBS OF PERCEPTION IN THE RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES

Abstract.
The article aims to analyze various types of formal-semantic relations between linguistic signs potential for the semantic field of the verbs of perception in the Russian and English languages. To identify formal-semantic relations the author uses the data of various kinds of dictionaries: explanatory, ideographic, antonyms, synonyms, homonyms, word-formative. Method of componential analysis and method of oppositions are also applied. Relying on the findings the researcher characterizes different semantic word-groups which are present in the mentioned field.
