Abstract.
The article deals with the functional peculiarities of the use of movement adverbs in the speech by the native speakers of one of the Dagestan languages - the Lak language. While studying movement adverbs one can ask a question whether all the given words are just case forms. Although movement adverbs can be taken as case forms they do not have all cases right declension. The presented in the article stems have only those case forms which have meanings of place or movement direction.
