TIME IN THE WORKS OF MEMOIR LITERATURE (BY THE MATERIAL OF DIARIES)

Abstract. The specificity of time in the texts of memoir literature is characterized by multi-layer nature, complicated time relations between real and memoir time. The analysis of the texts of diaries has shown that the character of the interaction of time planes depends on the type of the diary: informative-fact or personal-psychological. Informative-fact diaries differ by simpler temporal structure in comparison with personal-psychological ones.
