ON THE PROBLEM OF PRETEXT IN THE HISTORY OF “PARISIAN TEXT” OF THE RUSSIAN LITERATURE OF THE FIRST WAVE OF EMIGRATION

Abstract.
The article touches on the origin of the “Parisian text” of the Russian literature of the first wave of emigration. The paper analyzes the texts of the writers of the XIX-XX centuries with a view to explore whether the texts by D. I. Fonvizin, N. M. Karamzin, F. M. Dostoyevsky are a part or a pretext of the “Parisian text”. The researcher provides comparative analysis of the passages (N. M. Karamzin and N. A. Teffi), identifies the differences of ideological content, different addressees and communicative purposes of the texts. On the basis of the analysis of the works of the writers of the XVIII-XX centuries the author concludes that they are not the integral whole, they are put together only by the place under description, so she proposes to classify the texts of the XVIII-XIX centuries into a special group and to analyze them as a pretext of the “Parisian text” of the first wave of Russian emigration.
