Abstract. The study of the problem of neologisms translation has consistently attracted the attention of researchers. Interest in this topic is not weakened, as the appearance of neologisms is a continuous process that depends on many factors (economic, political, cultural, etc.) and requires constant study. Most researches on neologisms translation are devoted to the study of translation as such, or based on the example of literary texts. This work, in turn, is aimed at studying the research of variability of neologisms translation in oral consecutive interpretation. The combination of these aspects determines its relevance. The analysis of neologisms translation allows revealing the dependence of using various translation transformations on the method of neologism word-formation.
