Abstract. The article is devoted to the linguo-stylistic analysis of the poem «On the Grasshopper and Cricket» by the English poet of the first half of the XIX century John Keats. John Keats’s works are difficult to perceive and can’t be interpreted unambiguously. However they are rich in different linguistic and stylistic means and this fact opens the possibility for the productive linguo-stylistic analysis which, in its turn, promotes the author’s intention discovering.
