Abstract.
The article discovers the meaning of one of the key concepts of the cultural space of the Bashkir linguistic worldview - concept “БӘХЕТҺЕҘ ҠАТЫН-ҠЫҘ ЯҘМЫШЫ” (“unlucky women’s destiny”) by the example of the folk songs. The concept “unlucky women’s destiny” is examined in close relation with the concepts “love”, “soul”, “homeland”. The analysis identified nationally specific peculiarities of this concept in the Bashkir ethnos’ worldview.
