Abstract.
In the article the author studies the aspects of interpretation of the archetype of a woman by the material of some works of the collection of poems “The Middle” by Bella Abrokova. The interpretation of a woman-foremother is made through tone-painting, lexical-semantic and graphic peculiarities of the considered text, as well as through synthesis of individualizing features of the characters of the epic and historical songs of Adyghe people.
