STATE CONTROL OVER THE INTERNET MEANS OF MASS COMMUNICATION IN VIETNAM

Abstract.
The article examines the state policy of Vietnam in regulation of the Internet means of mass communication. The author studies two means of the state control over the network space of Vietnam: technical and legal. Special attention is paid to the limitation of a free expression in the Vietnamese online newspapers and on the punishment of the Vietnamese journalists, going beyond the permission.
