Abstract.
The article examines one of the principal genre-forming (structure-forming) factors of a poetic book as cyclization by the example of the creative work by Rafael Bagataisky. Special attention is focused on the study of the specificity of cycle-forming links between the parts in the structure of his book of poems “Swift-foot Wind”: idea-thematic and descriptive unity of compound parts, address to the form of folklore genres, the use of alliterative versification and traditional elements of depiction of the Yakut epos.
