Abstract.
The article describes some phonetic, morphological and lexical peculiarities of the Tompo dialect of the Even language, consisting of several subdialects, which differed according to many indicators earlier. According to the recent studies the Even language Tompo is significantly different from the Even language of the Eastern dialect and literary language. It should be noted that as a result of a thorough analysis the Tompo dialect, possessing characteristic features, peculiar to the patois of the Western dialect, reveals the peculiarities in the area of vocabulary, untypical for these patois.
