Abstract.
The article investigates the main characteristics of the image of woman in the Russian literature of the XIX century with the help of the method of graphosemantic modelling. The material of the study is M. Gorky’s story "The Woman with the Blue Eyes". The authors present a graphical representation of such literary category as the image of woman by the example of Gorky's stories for the first time.
