TRAVEL STORY: THE FORMS OF LITERARY RECEPTION OF TRAVELOGUE

Abstract.
The article deals with the specificity of the story about travelling as a universal narrative-discursive model of text organization. It is shown that a travelogue, being an archaic genre structure, actualizes the dichotomy "my own-alien" and the idea of border, realized through the modus of movement. The paper gives the classification of the forms of literary reception of travelogue based on the principle of the differentiation of the utilitarian and aesthetic functions, proposes a system of textual markers enabling to distinguish between some genre forms. It is noted that with the development of artistic literature the strategy of movement loses its inherent worth and is perceived not as a set of physical impressions and way of landscape visualization, but as a transition to a different ego state.
