ROLE OF ALTERNATIVENESS IN THE MODELING OF VARIOUS FRAGMENTS OF WORLDVIEW

Abstract.
The objective of the study is to reveal those worldview fragments in structuring of which alternative relations take part through the analysis of constructions with conjunctions of alternative semantics. The novelty of the approach is in the fact that the category of alternativeness is examined for the first time in the aspect of cognitive modeling and from the viewpoint of conceptual organization of human experience. The analysis of linguistic material allows establishing patterns of interpretation by human consciousness such situations of reality as alternative, that are connected with choice, insufficient knowledge, ultimate motivation, distribution, specifying, alternation, as it is evidenced by their presentation with relevant language forms, namely: syntactic constructions with the conjunctions of alternative semantics.
