Abstract.
The article suggests one of the possible variants of reading of the original in the form novel-divination written by the well-known Serbian writer Milorad Pavic. The interpretation of the non-linear text is based on the motivic analysis and literary representations about the poetics of the game, since the game forms the event of reading this book itself.
