Abstract.
The article considers the attitude of junior students of a non-athletic university to the rules of healthy lifestyle, to the subject “Physical culture” and to the physical training on the whole. The results of the survey among students on the main reasons for their reluctance to have a healthy lifestyle are given. The conducted studies allow drawing conclusion about the lack of motivation to the classes of physical culture and sport. It necessitates the development of a system of theoretical-methodological support of the process of inclusion physical training into the classes.
