Abstract.
The article considers the analysis of interaction of two types of discourse - literary and legal - by the example of works of the contemporary British writer Jeffrey Archer, and their correlation peculiarities are described. The authors establish the interaction points of these discourse types, the roles of which are played by stylistic methods of the lexical and syntactical level of language. It conditions the emotive transformation of regulated and emotionally restrained legal discourse in the phenomenon, marked on the basis of this feature.
