Abstract. The article presents the practical experience of teaching master’s degree students of Law Institute to the translation of predicative and attributive constructions and the analysis of semantic relations between the components of the attribute word combination with the use of popular science professionally oriented English text. The author presents some difficulties of translation of predicative and attributive entities from English into Russian and the ways of overcoming them.
