COGNITIVE-DISCURSIVE ANALYSIS OF THE LEXICAL-SEMANTIC FIELD VERBALIZING THE CONCEPT “MIGRANT” IN THE MODERN GERMAN LANGUAGE

Abstract.
The article describes the results of the study of the semantic content and typical syntagmatic connections of the units of the lexical-semantic microfield “Migrant” in modern German. The paper substantiates the effectiveness of using cognitive-discursive analysis of the elements of the lexical-semantic field for the identification of the concept content. In the course of studying the semantics of lexemes-nominations the author singles out the basic and differential characteristics of the concept “Migrant”. Discursive analysis reveals the specific features of the concept in the language picture of the German language speakers.
