Abstract.
The article raises the question of the development of various aspects of preschoolers’ speech through verbal manipulation. The author substantiates the view that the use of verbal manipulation creates the most favorable conditions for the development of children’s speech. The verbal manipulation is most often represented in various types of games, because the game is the main activity of children of preschool age. The paper contributes to the development of ontological linguistics.
