LINGUO-DIDACTIC AND LINGUO-COGNITIVE POTENTIAL OF VERBAL ASSOCIATIONS TO STIMULUS “MEDICINE”

Abstract. The article examines verbal associations of the native speakers of Russian to word-stimulus “medicine” acquired during free associative experiment. Scientific originality of the research lies in the identification of association groups with the different linguo-didactic and linguo-cognitive potential. The analysis allowed the author to conclude that the role and place of these groups are determined by the stage, purpose and aspect of teaching the topic “Medicine” to non-native speakers of Russian.
