SYNONYMIC RELATIONS BETWEEN JURIDICAL VOCABULARY UNITS IN THE DOCUMENTS OF YENISEI REGION SIBERIA OF THE XVII CENTURY

Abstract. The article describes synonymic relations between the special vocabulary units of court records of Yenisei region Siberia of the XVII century. The author considers lexical-semantic variants of full and partial synonyms of different structural arrangement fixed in the regional business speech of the initial period of Russian national language formation. In this connection the paper approaches the problem on what type of synonymy basically predetermined, firstly, lexical variability, and secondly, the redundancy of Russian lexical means.
