STRUCTURAL TYPES OF PRINCIPAL PARTS OF THE SENTENCE IN THE FRENCH AND DUTCH LANGUAGES

Abstract.
The article examines formal-logical models of the principal parts of the sentence based on verbal and substantive units. The author proposes their structural classification, describes possible causes of syntactic interference between the French and Dutch languages. In this connection the researcher defines the notion of linguistic linear sequence, reveals its peculiarities in different languages and identifies the relation between linguistic linearity and potential syntactic interference.
