Abstract.
The article examines one of the key aspects of the modern German language policy- early linguistic and cultural integration of migrant and refugee children. Against the background of 2015-2016 migration crisis when nearly 1,139 million refugees arrived in Germany this problem became especially relevant. Linguistic socialization of children who arrived in the country together with their parents becomes a national-scale problem. The paper describes how this problem is approached in Germany in the post-crisis period.
