Abstract.
Computer terminology originated at the junction of various sciences by calculating new terms from the source language. In this article, an attempt is made to classify the calqued lexemes in the Spanish computer terminology. The dominant type is determined. The peculiarities of the formation and functioning of the calqued computer terms in the Spanish language are considered. The main problems for the further study are formulated.
