Abstract.
In modern domestic linguistic science there is increased interest of scientists in the analysis of linguistic phenomena, the communicative qualities of speech and the culture of speech as a whole. The article deals with the specificity of the basic communicative qualities of speech in speech culture. The author concludes that the communicative qualities of speech are necessary properties that promote not only effective communication, but also the creation of favorable conditions for harmonious interaction between participants.
