THE OBJECT IN INFINITIVE STRUCTURES WITH THE VERB LASSEN

Abstract.
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of object position in the infinitive structures with the governing verb lassen. The authors identify the principle to choose its position in these constructions, describe morphological and syntactical characteristics. The conducted analysis allows the authors to conclude that object position in the mentioned structures and its morphological realization are conditioned by the type of a structure, and an object is a syncretic unit, which contributes to establishing deep and superficial syntactic relations and, consequently, to the formation of grammatical meaning of the sentences with the verb lassen.
