DYNAMICS OF THE KABARDIAN CHILDREN’S POETRY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract.
The article deals with a question that is little studied in the Kabardian literary criticism: children’s poetry by the example of the creativity of early, intermediate and modern authors; the dynamics of the formation and development of poetics, the genre features of literature for children, which can be considered as the main determining direction in the context of the literary process. The paper concludes that children’s literature is a subsystem of literature characterized by special formal-meaningful and functional features. It also demonstrates the correlation of the current stage in the development of the Kabardian children’s poetry with the ideological dominants of previous periods, the rearrangement of thematic emphases of poetry for children.
