INDIRECT STRUCTURAL-SEMANTIC RELATIONS OF SUBSTANTIVE NOMINATIONS WITH CONTEXT

Abstract.
The article deals with the relations of substantive nominations, nouns and products of substantivisation, with the context elements relating to other parts of speech. This type of relation is characterized as an indirect structural-semantic one. The author considers unrelated lexical units when substantive nomination is formed not from the lexical unit present in the context, but from a synonymic verb or adjective. The reasons for the existence of such relations in the text are revealed - along with the tendency for lexical variation, their occurrence is explained in some cases by the impossibility of direct relation, in particular due to semantic differences between cognate verbs, adjectives and nouns.
